Located in the village of Bue, a couple miles from Sancerre. The Millet family estate has been passed down through five generations. The vineyard extends over 23 hectares across the Sancerre and Menetou-Salon appellations. 80% of the vines are planted with the Sauvignon grape varietal and 20% of the Pinot Noir varietal.

The estate carries out plot-based selection, all within the 3specific Sancerre terroirs, where the grapes from each one go through separate wine making procedures. The Millet vineyard practices sustainable agriculture on its estate. What really sets Domaine Steve Millet apart is its in-depth knowledge of the terroirs, which comes through in their wines.
